Who We Are
Partners United 4 Leadership and Student Excellence (P.U.L.S.E.) is a group of community members who have had enough of the rhetoric, misinformation, and flat out lies that have been told to our community about our schools. We are parents, voters, educators, leaders, and advocates that reside within Parma City School District. P.U.L.S.E. is an independent, nonpartisan transparency initiative. Our content presents publicly available data and does not represent an official position of PCSD.
Our Mission
Partners United 4 Leadership and Student Excellence (P.U.L.S.E.) is dedicated to properly informing the Parma City School District community with nonbiased, fact-based information about our schools. We provide sources for everything we share so community members can access accurate information and make informed decisions and opinions about our school district, levies, and board members—rather than relying on misleading misinformation driven by personal agendas.
